Limited Time: Baseball Basics Hitting Clinic with Coach Mejia

This clinic runs only 4 weeks each session for 75 minutes
Looking for a baseball clinic near you this winter? This Clinic is designed to allow players to maximize individual skills. Hitter will go through extensive hitting routines and drills that include tee work, soft toss and live batting practice. Balance, swing path and timing as well as approach are all covered in this program. This system is also used at Northern Essex CC. They have been a national leader in offensive stats for the last 10 years.

Coach Jeff Mejia
A Winning Attitude and Consistent Performance: Northern Essex Community College Baseball Success
Coach Mejia came to Northern Essex as the Knights as head coach in the 2013 season. Since his arrival, the program has achieved record-breaking accomplishments. It has won 8 New England Regional Championships, 7 District Championships, and 7 NJCAA College World Series appearances. For these accomplishments, Coach Mejia has been named the New England Regional Coach of the Year 8 times. He has also been named the American Baseball Coaches Association NJCAA III Northeast Regional Coach of the Year 7 times.
In Coach Mejia’s ten full seasons an impressive 93 student athletes have gone on to play at four-year Universities/Colleges. Since 2013 the Knights have produced 21 NJCAA All-Americans and 65 All-New England players.
Mejia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Salem State College in Sports Fitness and Leisure Studies. He has a concentration in Coaching. He also served in the United States Army and served in Operation Desert Storm. Jeff is co-owner of Team Boston Academy along with Suffolk University’s Athletic Director, Cary McConnell. He and his wife Colleen live in North Reading with their two children, Jeff Jr. and Isabella. Jeff Jr. is a former Knight and University of Maine Black Bear.
